Mee Bandung. Saya mula menggemari Mee Bandung hanya kebelakangan ini sahaja selepas beberapa kali berjumpa dengan geng geng alumni di Kantin Sahor. Bila saya melihat ramai geng geng seperti Datin Nursinah dan Datin Fauziah yang memesan mee bandung, saya pun order juga lah sekali. Mee bandung mesti terasa air rebusan daging atau tulang.

- 6 Sdm Tomato sauce.
- 2 Sdm saus tiram.
- 1 Sdm Gula.
- 1 sdt Garam.
- Mie.
- secukupnya Mie kuning basah.
- secukupnya Air mendidih.
Add chilli paste and sliced beef and stir. Add water, tomato sauce, sawi (stalks only), beancurd and tomatoes and stir to combine. Add the mee, break eggs into different parts of the pot and let it cook. Langkah-langkah Mee Bandung
- Blender bumbu halus.
- Siapkan bahan untuk kuah.
- Panaskan air setengah panci/2L air.Setelah air mendidih masukan ayam.
- Setelah ayam mendidih masukan bumbu,tomato sauce dan saus tiram.
- Masukan semua bahan isian kuah kecuali tomat, aduk lalu tutup.
- Setelah mendidih masukan tomat,gula dan garam.Tunggu sampai mendidih lalu koreksi rasa,jika sudah pas matikan Kompor..
- Rebus air,biarkan mendidih.setelah mendidih matikan kompor,lalu masukan mie basah selama -+5menit.Tiriskan.
- Lalu tata mie di mangkok/piring lalu beri kuah dan hidangkan.
- Selamat menikmati,silahkan pilih mau pakai daging atau ayam🍴🍴.
